A native of Durham, N.C., Mike brings 28 years of financial and credit institution experience to FirstPoint, Inc. Prior to assuming his current position, Mike served as Corporate Vice President of the Merchants Association of Florida, Inc., one of the largest credit bureau operations in the Southeast. During his tenure with MAF, he was responsible for the Collection Services Group as well as the Information Management Division. Mike's final assignment before moving back to NC was heading up the statewide Credit Bureau initiative from Miami to Jacksonville, Orlando to Tampa.
Mike is very active with industry and civic associations. He is a member of the Consumer Data Industry Association (CDIA) Board of Directors and he has served on the Board of Directors of both the American Collectors Association and the Associated Credit Bureaus, Inc. and is a past Chairman of the Board of the Associated Credit Bureaus, Inc. Mike is also past chairman of Associated Credit Bureaus of North Carolina & Virginia, the Board for Budget Counseling and Education Centers of N.C. and the Board of Directors of the Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Virginia, Inc. He was the 1990 Dean of the Southern Management Institute at Florida State University and has served on the Board of Directors for the North Carolina Retail Merchants Association. Mike's local civic activities include service on the Boards of Greensboro Sports Commission, Downtown Greensboro, Inc., Forward Greensboro, Junior Achievement of Central North Carolina, and the United Arts Council.
Mike earned a business degree from East Carolina University where he currently serves on the Board of Visitors for the University.
Since joining FirstPoint in 1987, Mike has spearheaded the "growth through acquisition" strategy of the company. Under Mike's leadership, the company interests have diversified from a pure consumer credit information and collections bureau to include the broad array of information products and management services that comprises today's FirstPoint family of resources.

Gil joined the executive staff of FirstPoint, Inc. in October of 1994. He has over thirty years experience in the credit and collection industry. Gil has run large regional as well as national collection and accounts receivable management companies. His career has been predominantly in the third party collection agency industry. Gil was President of Credit Service Bureau, Inc. based in Jacksonville, FL from 1971 to 1983 before moving to Tampa, FL to run a multi branch regional collection operation for Merchants Association of Florida. Gil also spent six years as President and CEO of SP Services Corporation, a nationwide recovery company for Security Pacific Corporation, a large bank holding company based in California. Recognized as an accomplished speaker, Gil has taught numerous collection, sales and motivation seminars throughout the United States.
Gil is a Past President and Director of the North Carolina Collectors Association as well as a William G. Follmer merit award recipient and member of the HealthCare Financial Management Association. He is actively involved with several groups and committees associated with the Greensboro area schools and enjoys coaching youth soccer.

A native of Raleigh, N.C., Scott joined FirstPoint in 2001 after a 15-year career stint at Wachovia. During his years in banking, Scott held the positions of Local Branch Manager, Retail Banking Manager, City Executive, Regional Mortgage Sales Manager, and Manager of Wachovia's Centralized Processing, Underwriting and Closing Center. Just prior to joining the FirstPoint team, Scott served as Senior Vice President of Wachovia, responsible for all mortgage lending delivered through over 1000 retail branches.
Scott serves on the Consumer Data Industry Association (CDIA) Mortgage Advisory Board. He is a member of the Mortgage Banker's Association of the Carolinas FannieMae and FreddieMac Sub-Committee and serves as Co-Finance Chair of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS). His community involvement activities include service as a former Board of Directors member of the Garner and Lumberton Chambers of Commerce, United Way in Robeson County, and the United Arts Council in Garner.
Scott graduated with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and also Completed the University's Kenan-Flagler Business School's Young Executive Institute.

Dan is responsible for all administrative functions at FirstPoint, Inc. including Accounting, Human Resources, Financial Reporting and Information Services. He began his tenure with the company in 1991. Dan?s professional experience includes service as Controller for Cornwallis Development Company where he was responsible for the Accounting Department of this Real Estate Development company. Prior to that role, Dan was a Staff Accountant at McGladrey & Pullen, LLP where he prepared Corporate Tax Returns and supervised audits in various industries including Real Estate Development, Textiles, Insurance, and Not For Profit Organizations.
His professional and civic organization memberships include North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Nat Greene Kiwanis Club, and the Child Care Ministry Advisory Board. Dan is also involved in coaching youth athletic teams for the YMCA and the Greensboro Youth Soccer Association.
Dan earned a Business/Accounting degree from the University Of North Carolina At Chapel Hill.

A native of Greensboro, NC, Steve has served in his role with the non-profit arm of the company since 1987. The Greater Greensboro Merchants Association provides over 1700 local business members with a variety of educational, marketing and networking programs to aid in business growth and prosperity. Prior to heading up the Association, Steve worked for seven years in retail sales and management with Belk Department Store in Boone, NC.
Steve's numerous local community affiliations include Lifespan of Guilford County Board of Directors, Guilford County Crimestoppers Board of Directors, Solid Waste Management Advisory Board, Greensboro Beautiful, Small Business Consortium, YMCA, United Way, United Arts Council, American Society for Industrial Security, Human Relations Commission and Greensboro Jaycees.
Steve graduated with a B.S. Degree in Criminal Justice from Appalachian State University. He is also a graduate of the Institute for Organizational Management, University of Delaware (US Chamber of Commerce affiliated).

A native of Raleigh, N.C., Aaron joined FirstPoint in 2003 with a diverse background in not-for-profit management, government relations and operations management.
Prior to being named Vice President, White served as Director of Business Development for FirstPoint Management Resources and Executive Director for the National Board of Echocardiography (a FirstPoint staff position). In addition to his VP role, Aaron serves as Executive Director of Cardiovascular Credentialing International, a FirstPoint client. Aaron serves on the Board of Directors of Wake Enterprises, Inc., a private, nonprofit organization committed to the vocational and social development of adults with developmental disabilities.
Aaron graduated with a B.S. Degree from North Carolina State University.
