Mark will be responsible for leading the 106 year-old local business membership association and FirstPoint, Inc., its affiliated credit information, accounts receivables management,association managementand background screening operation.  Prince currently serves as Sr. Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for FirstPoint’s Collection Resources division.

A Wilmington, NC native, Mark is an experienced financial, operational and strategic business executive with a 20+ year track record of successful organizational leadership.  After earning both his undergraduate degree and MBA from East Carolina University, Mark began his career with Bank of America in commercial lending and branch management.  Over the years, he held a variety of senior management roles in the finance and healthcare industries including Chief Operating Officer/Equity Owner of AmSol, a national physician practice management company based in High Point, NC.   Prior to joining the FirstPoint team in 2010, Mark served as Senior Director of MedQuest/Novant Healthcare in Winston-Salem, NC.                                                 

Since coming to FirstPoint, Mark’s diverse array of experience has proven valuable in his ability to effectively lead his division.  2011 was recognized as one of the most successful years in recent history for the Collections operation. 

Mark has been actively involved in a variety of professional and community organizations throughout his career and has served on numerous corporate and charitable Boards of Directors.  He has also been an active volunteer with United Way, the Annual Walk for Hope and enjoys coaching youth sporting activities. Mark resides in Oak Ridge, NC with his wife and three children.
